>>30731 "that Nan I am, that Nan I am." "I do not like outmodes in my tram..." "I would not like them here or there, I would not like them anywhere"
>>30727 Beautiful piece. You're a man of many talents, Emmy-Pilled. Make a glorious finish with Emmy, dear sir! :^)
>>30733 Lol.
>>30753 the most superior reading of that classic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lSCuYit5QU a shame my own favorite book´s english version has not been printed since 1959, would´ve loved to have animated my Emmy VA reading it
>>30761 Kek. Was that part of a filibuster or some other Burgerland political retardation? :D >Oswald the Monkey Never heard of it. Don't hate me, Anon. But I, too, would love to have Animated Emmy reading it though! :^)
>>30767 I have no clue what the translated english version of the book goes like, so I doubt a direct translation would be anything above a "beautiful duwang". But still I entertain the idea of book readings

and so, as promised. Finally we have eyes and with light to boot
>>30773 Welcome Romanianon! Is this your first time on /robowaifu/ ? If so, please have a good look around while you're here. Heh, I think Emmy-Pilled is breddy majorly-buff tbh. :^) >>30804 Sweet! The first set is pretty cutey, the second is quite spoopy! :DD I've stated for years now that we should have 'Walking Lightshow' mode for our robowaifus ('specially for dancin' ! :D You are already well along that path it seems. GG, Anon. Cheers. :^)
>>30804 Looks pretty cool. What exactly did you wind up using for the eyes and cheeks? The glow through the head when lights out is amusing the pattern it produces but if you wanted to get rid of that maybe you could paint primer on the inside to better block or at least help diffuse the light? If you happened to want to attempt a moving Iris / pupils I wonder if you put a round disk behind the eyes that moves around if that could be an iris / pupil. There is a few ways to accomplish that off top of my head depending on how much room you got back there. One way is a disk or sphere on a rod that moves around like looking down on a joystick from above that just angles itself. Another way is if that rod is hooked up to a plotter like rail system. Another way is nylon lines on spools that just tugs disk around around with different motors though that might cast a shadow where the nylon lines are. It's good how it is too though.
>>30806 thanks, it has a total of 9 colors as if that would ever be needed. >>30809 I cast the eyes and cheeks out of epoxy, I plan on taping tinfoil to the inside of the head, as it will reflect and boost the light while keeping it limited to just the sockets. I never really had an idea for making the pupils move since I can´t do electronics. I simply plan on carving the iris into the eye and adding some more epoxy in a darker shade
Open file (3.39 MB 1264x2386 straight eyes.png)
that was one busy month. But I have returned, here is a mockup of the current idea for where the iris will be in the eyes
Open file (545.85 KB 651x729 looking right at you.png)
>>31204 I will try the next mock-up with more "direct" eyes. I find it should look *much* better
>>31205 Is this picture real or some AI generation? Where did the internal pattern go?
>>31267 the picture is from TGExterminator, the creator of the model majority of my work is sourced from.
Open file (2.84 MB 1906x4128 712893712893798.png)
and we´re back on schedule. Finally got the eyes right, next step is carving out the pupils crudely seen with the templates
>>31331 Very nice, Emmy-Pilled. Beautiful results on Emmy's head -- she's really coming along! Please keep us all up to date on your progress with her, Anon. Cheers. :^)
>>31485 thanks
and so I find out turquoise simply wasn´t meant to be
Open file (4.44 MB 2880x5190 533125131251..png)
>>31507 I have now moved onto a darker shade for her eyes along with using the blue 15 dye for her pupils. Which was used earlier for her leg tips
>TGExterminator I had no idea this existed until now.

and so her ear? modules? are fitting snugly

next up is lining out, grinding and filling her eyebrow rails
>>31769 Looking good, Emmy-Pilled! Cheers. :^)

as well as grinding out the channels >>31769
>>31894 >>31895 Such meticulous attention to details is a real sign of pro-tier work. The little things make all the difference! GG, Anon. Cheers. :^)

>>31921 thanks, the mid-stage of this looks like a bad horror fanfic thumbnail
>>31952 Haha, that's fine. After all, they tell me you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet. :D Thanks for the update, Emmy-Pilled. Cheers. :^)
Open file (4.81 MB 1737x3132 74731901389127.png)
>>31952 lines came out not too bad, a bit refining and some layers of epoxy to shine it up should make it all good. Currently working on the new eyes
>>32068 Very nice, Emmy-Pilled! I like how all these little details add character to Emmy. Keep going. Cheers. :^)

>>32078 a sneak peek of this week's coming update
>>32110 Great! They tell me the eyes are the windows to the soul, Anon. Can't wait to see Emmy's peepers come alive. Cheers. :^)

and so here is the new more refined rails along with her new eyes. I think they are the best so far (even if a few microscopic air bubbles are somewhat visible. I should invest soon in a pressure pot)
>>32203 Beautiful!! This is really coming together well, Emmy-Pilled. Do you think you'll embed any form(s) of illumination inside Emmy's head Anon? Cheers. :^)

>>32231 yes, much like the previous ones, however I feel the pupils are too solid a color for light and the annoying air bubbles being highlighted as well. Might have to go for a fourth pair to get it right.
>>32232 Shiny! Looking forward to see her fully finished one day.
>>32233 another overhaul is coming, as time passes I find myself more and more displeased by her eyelashes. A new model will have to be made and printed
>>32232 I'm sure you'll do right by your robowaifu in the end, Emmy-Pilled! Keep moving forward.
while the last week has been slow, big updates on the horizon
>>32501 Nice! Looking forward to the new progress, Anon.
Seems like it's been a while since the board has heard from you, Anon? How's things going?

>>33714 sorry for the long radio silence, the greatly anticipated update 2.0 is around the corner and it has been taking up all my time. I am almost ready to unveil it, in the meantime here are the new updated hands and eyelashes I had fixed.
>>34028 Super excited to see what's new for dear Emmy. Keep up the great work, Emmy-Pilled! Cheers. :^)
>>34028 that fourth tiny "eyelash" is supposed to be a marking on the eye socket to show where the eyelid rotates. it should be around the center of the circumference of the eye socket. it's not an eyelash or that high up >>32232
>>34253 debatable
>>34253 I would disagree, as it has always been present on the TGE model since the beginning. And clearly based off Emmy's total of four lashes per eye as seen in nearly every panel of her drawn by Dom
>>34267 in that second Dom-made image you posted, her left supposed "Rotation Seam" if it were one would have been smaller due to perspective changes, but instead is the same size as her right one. To me this indicates that they're eyelashes that stick slightly out and away.
